With its twenty-sixth opening, the White Truffle National Trade Fair attracts many admirers (about 100,0000) of the delicious and fragrant white truffle. Thousands of visitors, mesmerised by the charm of truffle, will find again this year, together with the famous tuber, all the typical seasonal products offered by this generous land located in the Apennines area: mushrooms, chestnuts, honey, medicinal herbs, agricultural and dairy products, as well as handmade products made by rural and artistic craft. The careful selection of products and specialities present at the fair are a guarantee of authenticity and freshness and make this event the most prestigious autumnal appointment of this field in Italy. But the fair is also an enjoyable meeting occasion for tasting many specialities made with truffles and mushrooms, among the most refined and exquisite ones of national and international cuisine, thanks to the presence of a building that can hosts 600 seats served by four restaurants. The streets, the squares, the most typical spots of the enchanting medieval village of Sant’Agata Feltria, which boasts the label of the “City of Truffle”, are filled with intoxicating and exciting smells, a real pleasure for gourmets. Throughout the festival, a series of greatly-cultural exhibitions, several entertainment occasions and various performance will take place. The area offers accommodation in hotels, bed and breakfasts and local farms or you can book through travel agencies that make use of the tourist facilities of the Rimini Riviera.
