Every year in spring Rimini hosts the Frisbee World Cup which is locally called “Paganello”. In 2007, for the seventeenth consecutive year and for four days, about one hundred teams representing 30 countries competed on around twenty equipped courts on this beach in Romagna. In this event the teams compete for the “Beach Ultimate” world cup and Acrobatic Freestyle in front of a large crowd mainly made up of young and very young people who over the years have transformed this event into a cult event.
